SERVICE POLICY

Vonetta Williams Enterprise LLC, doing business as Vonetta Cleaning Services ("Vonetta Cleaning Services," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding service areas.

This Service Policy explains what customers can generally expect from our cleaning services, what information we need before providing service, and the responsibilities of both Vonetta Cleaning Services and the customer.

Because every property and cleaning request is different, the specific scope, price, timing, and requirements of a service may vary depending on the customer's property and the services requested.

1. Our Cleaning Services

Vonetta Cleaning Services provides cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Depending on availability and the customer's needs, our services may include:

  • Residential cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Routine or recurring cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in cleaning

  • Move-out cleaning

  • Apartment cleaning

  • Office cleaning

  • General property cleaning

  • Other cleaning services agreed upon with the customer

Not every service is available at every property or location. Service availability depends on factors such as location, scheduling, property condition, requested scope of work, and our ability to safely provide the requested service.

2. Residential Cleaning

Our residential cleaning services are intended to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes.

Depending on the service selected, residential cleaning may include cleaning areas such as:

  • Kitchens

  • Bathrooms

  • Bedrooms

  • Living areas

  • Common areas

  • Floors

  • Surfaces

  • Other agreed-upon areas of the home

The exact tasks included in a residential cleaning service depend on the service requested and the scope communicated with the customer.

Customers should communicate any areas that require special attention before the service whenever possible.

3. Commercial Cleaning

Vonetta Cleaning Services may provide cleaning services for commercial properties and business environments.

Commercial cleaning requirements can vary considerably depending on the property and business.

Services may be arranged for locations such as:

  • Offices

  • Professional workspaces

  • Commercial facilities

  • Business premises

  • Other commercial properties

The scope of commercial cleaning will be determined based on the property's needs, requested services, frequency, size, accessibility, and other relevant factors.

Commercial customers may be asked to provide information about operating hours, access procedures, restricted areas, security requirements, and other conditions relevant to the service.

4. Service Scope

Each cleaning service is performed according to the scope agreed upon between the customer and Vonetta Cleaning Services.

The scope may depend on:

  • Type of cleaning

  • Property size

  • Number of rooms or areas

  • Property condition

  • Cleaning frequency

  • Customer requests

  • Time available for the service

  • Additional services requested

  • Accessibility

  • Equipment and supplies required

A general description of a service on our website does not necessarily mean that every possible cleaning task is included.

If you have a specific cleaning requirement, please discuss it with us before the service so we can determine whether it is included or requires a separate arrangement.

5. Standard Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning

Routine cleaning and deep cleaning may involve different levels of time, effort, and attention.

A routine cleaning is generally intended to maintain the cleanliness of a property on an ongoing basis.

A deep cleaning may require additional attention to accumulated dirt, buildup, neglected areas, or other conditions that require more extensive cleaning.

The appropriate service will depend on the property's condition and the customer's needs.

If a property requires substantially more work than originally described, the scope, time, or price may need to be adjusted before or during the service, as applicable.

6. Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning

Move-in and move-out cleaning services are intended to prepare a property for occupancy, transition, or turnover.

These services may involve additional cleaning requirements compared with routine cleaning.

The exact scope depends on the property and the services requested.

Customers should provide accurate information about:

  • Property size

  • Current condition

  • Number of rooms

  • Areas requiring cleaning

  • Whether furniture or belongings remain

  • Access arrangements

  • Desired completion timeframe

The condition of a property may affect the time and effort required to complete a move-in or move-out cleaning.

7. Service Estimates and Quotes

Before providing a quote or estimate, Vonetta Cleaning Services may request information about the property and requested services.

This may include:

  • Property address

  • Property type

  • Approximate size

  • Number of rooms

  • Cleaning frequency

  • Current property condition

  • Requested cleaning tasks

  • Special requests

  • Preferred service date

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

If the actual condition or scope of the property differs materially from the information provided, the final service arrangement may need to be adjusted.

Any material change to the scope or pricing should be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.

8. Scheduling

All cleaning services are subject to availability.

A service inquiry or requested date does not automatically guarantee an appointment.

A cleaning appointment is considered confirmed when Vonetta Cleaning Services communicates confirmation to the customer.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed appointments, but circumstances may occasionally require a schedule to be changed.

Customers will be contacted when reasonably possible if a significant scheduling change becomes necessary.

9. Customer Preparation

Customers can help ensure that cleaning services are completed efficiently by preparing the property before our team arrives.

Where appropriate, customers should:

  • Remove personal items from areas that need cleaning

  • Secure valuable or fragile belongings

  • Provide necessary access information

  • Communicate special cleaning instructions

  • Secure pets when necessary

  • Identify areas that should not be cleaned

  • Inform us of known hazards or unusual property conditions

The more accurate the information provided before service, the better we can plan the cleaning appropriately.

10. Access to the Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Vonetta Cleaning Services can reasonably access the property at the scheduled service time.

Access may be provided through:

  • Customer presence

  • Authorized personnel

  • Keys

  • Access codes

  • Building entry instructions

  • Other mutually agreed arrangements

Customers should ensure that any keys, access codes, gate information, parking instructions, or other entry details provided to us are accurate.

If our team cannot access the property, the service may be delayed, rescheduled, or otherwise affected.

11. Pets and Animals

Customers must inform Vonetta Cleaning Services if pets or other animals are present at the property.

For the safety of our cleaning personnel and the animals, customers may be asked to secure pets during service.

We may modify, postpone, or decline service if an animal presents a safety concern or prevents our team from safely performing the requested work.

12. Fragile and Valuable Items

Customers are responsible for identifying fragile, valuable, irreplaceable, or unusually delicate items before cleaning.

Whenever appropriate, customers should safely store or remove such items before the cleaning team arrives.

Vonetta Cleaning Services should not be expected to move or handle unusually fragile or valuable items unless this has been specifically discussed and agreed upon.

13. Special Surfaces and Materials

Customers should notify Vonetta Cleaning Services about surfaces or materials that require special cleaning methods.

This may include:

  • Delicate flooring

  • Natural stone

  • Specialty countertops

  • Treated wood

  • Specialty finishes

  • Delicate fixtures

  • Other materials requiring specific care

If we are not provided with appropriate information regarding a sensitive surface or material, we may be unable to determine the appropriate cleaning method.

We may decline a cleaning task when performing it could reasonably cause damage or when the appropriate cleaning method requires specialized treatment outside our services.

14. Stains, Odors, and Difficult Conditions

Cleaning can improve the appearance and condition of many surfaces, but certain stains, odors, buildup, discoloration, or other conditions may not be completely removable through ordinary cleaning methods.

Results may be affected by:

  • Age of the stain

  • Type of material

  • Previous cleaning attempts

  • Permanent discoloration

  • Surface damage

  • Chemical reactions

  • Excessive buildup

  • Other underlying conditions

Vonetta Cleaning Services does not guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, mark, or buildup.

Where appropriate, we will communicate concerns about particularly difficult conditions.

15. Hazardous or Unsafe Conditions

For the safety of our employees, contractors, customers, and others, Vonetta Cleaning Services may decline, postpone, or discontinue service when unsafe conditions are present.

Examples may include:

  • Exposed electrical hazards

  • Dangerous structural conditions

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Biohazardous materials

  • Severe pest infestations

  • Dangerous animals

  • Unsafe access areas

  • Excessive accumulation of hazardous materials

  • Other conditions that may reasonably create a safety risk

Customers should disclose known hazards before service begins.

If an unexpected hazard is discovered during cleaning, our team may stop work in the affected area or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary.

16. Areas Outside the Agreed Scope

Our cleaning team will generally focus on the areas and tasks included in the agreed service.

We may not clean:

  • Areas specifically excluded from the service

  • Locked or inaccessible areas

  • Areas containing unsafe conditions

  • Items requiring specialized treatment

  • Certain high-risk materials

  • Areas requiring specialized equipment or expertise outside our services

If you need additional areas or tasks cleaned, please communicate those requests so we can determine whether they can be accommodated.

17. Additional Services

Customers may request additional cleaning tasks before or during a service.

Additional work may require:

  • Additional time

  • Additional labor

  • Additional supplies

  • Additional equipment

  • Additional charges

Where applicable, we will communicate any additional charge or change in scope before performing the additional work.

18. Customer Changes to the Service

If a customer changes the requested service after an appointment has been scheduled, the change may affect:

  • Price

  • Service duration

  • Availability

  • Staffing

  • Scope of work

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that every requested change can be accepted.

19. Service Completion

A cleaning service is considered completed when the agreed scope of work has been reasonably performed.

The time required to complete a service may vary based on the actual condition of the property and the amount of work required.

If the property requires substantially more work than anticipated, we may need to discuss additional time or adjustments to the service.

20. Customer Concerns and Service Issues

If you have a concern about a cleaning service, please contact Vonetta Cleaning Services as soon as reasonably possible.

When reporting a concern, please provide:

  • Your name

  • Service date

  • Property or service location

  • Description of the concern

  • Photographs, where helpful

  • Any other information relevant to the issue

We will review legitimate service concerns and determine whether an appropriate follow-up, correction, adjustment, or other resolution is warranted.

21. Satisfaction and Follow-Up

We strive to provide consistent and professional cleaning services.

If a customer identifies an issue with an agreed cleaning task, we may review the situation and, where appropriate, determine whether a follow-up visit or correction is reasonable.

A follow-up service is not automatically guaranteed for every complaint and will depend on the circumstances and the agreed scope of work.

22. Recurring Services

Customers who arrange recurring cleaning services should communicate any changes to their preferred frequency, service requirements, property access, or other relevant details.

Recurring service schedules may be affected by:

  • Holidays

  • Customer-requested changes

  • Availability

  • Staffing

  • Property circumstances

  • Other operational considerations

Recurring services do not necessarily guarantee the same cleaning time, cleaning team, or exact schedule for every visit unless specifically agreed upon.

23. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should contact Vonetta Cleaning Services as soon as possible.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms communicated to the customer.

Customers should review that policy for information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and missed appointments.

24. Payment

Payment terms depend on the applicable service arrangement.

Customers are responsible for paying agreed charges according to the payment terms communicated by Vonetta Cleaning Services.

If additional work is requested and approved, additional charges may apply.

Any applicable payment terms should be confirmed with Vonetta Cleaning Services before service when necessary.

25. Service Limitations

Vonetta Cleaning Services may decline or modify a cleaning request when:

  • The requested work is outside our normal services

  • The property presents an unreasonable safety concern

  • The requested work requires specialized expertise or equipment

  • The property cannot be reasonably accessed

  • The condition of the property differs substantially from the information provided

  • The requested service cannot reasonably be completed within the available time

  • Other circumstances prevent safe or practical completion

When reasonably possible, we will communicate any significant limitation to the customer.
